What is the Enterprise Workshop?
In the words of Neil Anderson, MD of CathRx (EW 1996) – now an ASX listed company with a market capitalisation of over $50 million and close to 30 employees -
“The Workshop is the practical person’s MBA! The Workshop program provided the skills, the business network and the businesses plan I needed to start and run my own company.”
The Workshop is unique in that it provides each team a volunteer senior business person as a ‘custom-fit’ mentor – a person hand-picked to match the team’s business project and the skills needs of the participants. The mentor acts as a resource by providing objective ‘board-level advice’ for the project team.
The Workshop program is an entrepreneurial business and management development program which is:
- Practical, ‘hands-on’ and mentor-based.
- A forum for focussing on the ‘big picture’ for the future of a business.
- A business network: establishes a long-term network with successful business people.
