Andrew McDonald Shoes specialises in manufacturing boutique and custom made shoes. With an expanding business, Andrew entered the Workshop in 2002 to analyse his business and find the best way to move forward.
Andrew’s business has grown significantly. It now focuses on designing custom-made shoes for individuals and wholesaling shoes to boutiques around the world. His shoes are currently sold in boutiques in Australia, Japan, UK and France. Andrew estimates he has had a 300% increase in turnover since undertaking the workshop.
