Participating as a team

Organisations may enter a team of three to five people. A team of two may be accepted as an exception following an interview with the Program Director. A number of organisations regularly enter a company team in the Workshop program either to examine a specific company project or to develop entrepreneurial managers.

Participating as an individual

The Workshop is a team-based program. Individual participants receive assistance to become a member of a team. They can choose to work on a real business project that is relevant to their own interests. Some participants have a business idea that they would like to investigate and develop a plan for. They have opportunities to recruit other participants to join a team to work on their idea.

The Workshop helped me to gather a team around my project. Within a week of commencing work on the business plan, I began to turn my proposed business into a reality. www.inphaze.com.au
