Symon Brewis-Weston, BEc (Hons), M. App Fin

Prior to assuming responsibility for the Local Business Banking division in March 2008, was President Director of the Commonwealth Bank’s Indonesian subsidiary. Responsible for completing an acquisition and merger of a bank and life company and which became the top bank in Indonesia for customer service. Has worked in China developing the Commonwealth Bank’s Chinese banking strategy. Symon also worked in Project Finance and Agri-Project Finance, is a trained Economist.

Arnie Salvarajah, B Comm ACA, MBA

Chief Executive Officer of Bell Direct. Arnie has 25 years' experience in the financial services and fast-moving consumer goods sectors. He has held senior positions in finance, sales, strategy and general management. Before joining Bell Direct in May 2008, he was with the Commonwealth Bank where he headed local business banking in NSW and the ACT. Prior to that he was Executive Manager at CommSec where he was responsible for the overall operations of the retail share broking business.
