About the Enterprise Workshop
The Enterprise Workshop provides experience-based training in contemporary business practice.
The Workshop is a not-for-profit body run by experienced professionals from
the business community. Senior business people volunteer their time and
expertise to help others to create and expand successful businesses.
The Workshop is unique in that it provides a volunteer senior business
person as a ‘custom-fit’ mentor for each business project – a person
hand-picked to match the project and complement the skills of the
participants. The mentor acts as a resource and provides objective
‘board-level advice’.
The Workshop program attracts a wide variety of businesses and business projects including:
- service providers
- traditional manufacturing, distribution and retailing businesses
- commercialisation of new high-technology and biotechnology applications.
Workshop graduates have been successful in:
- achieving business growth
- raising capital
- launching businesses in Australia and overseas
- listing companies on the ASX and the AIM (London) stock markets.
